"Everything you need"
Very impressed with the Inn. In a quiet, rather residential neighborhood and the room had all amenities - micro, fridge, coffee maker. Only issue, as mentioned by others, was the strong bleach/cleanser smell. I opened all windows to help air out the acerbic fumes. I parked on the street with no issues.
